Doug and Tillery Sims founded Sims Land Services in 2014 as a full spectrum land services provider.  Our goal is to deliver the highest quality title, negotiation, and management services to energy producers and land owners. We are based in Lubbock, TX and have deep roots in Texas and New Mexico.  We’ve followed the rapid growth of land information systems and remote courthouse access, and combined that with traditional standup title experience and now serve clients and projects throughout the United States. Joel Wilbourn, a core team member from the beginning, adds essential management and technology leadership, and became a co-owner in 2023.

Our goal is to satisfy our clients’ land needs and provide creative solutions to complex problems.   We work with professional landmen who take ownership of their projects, provide quality and accurate service, and enjoy helping us provide a variety of solutions for our clients.
